Had truck serviced there for 7 yrs.,not a problem. Last year and a half had to replace antifreeze cap because it was left off,had to reset my own oil reminder,no big deal but... Very disappointed with the service and warranty they offered. Spend a lot of money on a new truck AT4 new and pay for extra warranty protection for nothing. Taking the truck back for service many times and still paying for service and parts. It’s ridiculous after spending that much money on a poor engineering truck design.

Terrible experience and they rip you off on price changes and fees! My wife got a quote for the mileage maintenance on her Yukon. Once they finished the maintenance and sent the bill it was much higher than the quote they gave her. They said they increased their prices since the quote. No one called to tell us that there was a price increase. Also the quote you get from them will always be lower than what you actually have to pay because they don’t include labor or “shop fees”!
